Counseling staff are trained professionals and diverse in ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, religion/spirituality, age, and gender and include Spanish-speaking staff. Student Behavioral Intervention Team (B.I.T.) is available to help in situations where a student is exhibiting troubling behavior that leaves you feeling worried, alarmed, or threatened. Student Emergency Assistance Programs are available in the Wellness Center, Room L.68 NB, emergencyfunding@jjay.cuny.edu.
